We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Diamondtine offers a straightforward 7-working-day return policy, giving you a full week from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the original condition.

  • All original tags and labels still attached.

  • In the original packaging provided by Diamondtine.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items thoroughly before issuing any refunds or approving exchanges.

How to Request a Return:

Please Note: Return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. Ensure your returned package is fully insured and includes tracking information. Diamondtine is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. We will clearly communicate these charges before processing your exchange request.

Damages & Issues:

Your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, please inform us immediately at thejewelsemporium@gmail.com. We’ll promptly assist in resolving the issue.

Please note, items showing normal signs of wear and tear will not be considered faulty. For verified faulty items, we will arrange a replacement subject to availability.

Color Accuracy:

We've made every effort to display the colors of our products accurately. However, due to variations in monitor settings, slight differences in color may occur. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are final sale and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes:

  • Items purchased on sale, promotional offers, or using a credit note or gift coupon.

  • Customized or personalized items, which are specifically made to order.
