Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Diamondtine offers free shipping across India. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery within India generally takes 3-5 business days. Customized or pre-order items ship within 2-3 weeks.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer free international shipping via trusted partners such as Aramex, FedEx, or DHL. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. International delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. Customized or pre-order international orders require 2-3 weeks processing time before shipment.

Diamondtine is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processes, or courier disruptions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning items. The return shipment must be fully insured, and tracking information provided to Diamondtine. Please refer to our detailed return policy for additional guidelines.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, additional shipping charges will apply. Diamondtine will communicate these charges clearly before processing the exchange.

Insurance & Transfer of Responsibility

All items shipped by Diamondtine are fully insured until delivery. A signature upon delivery transfers responsibility to the recipient. Any authorized signature at the delivery address is considered proof of successful delivery.

Taxes & Duties

International Orders

All international orders ship from India. Import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Diamondtine cannot estimate or control these charges. Customers should contact their local customs authorities for details.

Domestic Orders

All applicable taxes and duties within India are already included in the product price.
